Two Saturdays ago, UDP Caretaker for Freetown, Lee Mark Chang and Councillor Roger Espejo made a great step towards the betterment of Belama Phase 4 and the Freetown Constituency. As Chang prepares to facilitate the installation of public electricity, the Belize City Council assisted in a street upgrade of the main front street as this was necessary before the installation of poles which will also be an expensive
venture.
 
Asked where funding would come from, Chang emphasized that he would be creative and would engage in as much fundraising as necessary to deliver for the needs of the Freetown people. Chang and Espejo remarked that financial challenges are no excuses when politicians really want to deliver for the betterment of the community.
