Prime Minister Dean Barrow is having a joint press conference with the Mayor of Belize City, Darrel Bradley, on Thursday, February 27th, at 3 p.m. to announce a massive infrastructure project in Belize City. The Guardian understands that Prime Minister Barrow will allocate as much as million for street and drainage upgrades in the old capital. PM Barrow will speak about the source and exact amount of funds that will be allocated and Mayor Bradley will give details on the project at the press conference.
Wave will be carrying the event live both on radio and television. The press conference will be held inside the Caracol Room of the Radisson.
