Leader elect on the move

Following the convention for party leader of the United Democratic Party which took place on Sunday, July 12, Hon. Patrick Faber, who emerged victorious, has been on the ground. The career politician and current Minister of Education, Youth, Sports, and Culture (including Science and Technology) has been tasked with securing a fourth consecutive victory for the UDP. Since the party’s convention, our Party Leader-elect has become even more active, going all the way south to the Toledo District.
There, he and Toledo standard bearers Dr. Simeon Coc and Dennis Garbutt, met with a group of residents for “a revival for the foot soldiers of the UDP, Toledo West” as well as Toledo East. UDP committee members have been working tirelessly in varying communities to become an energized force which will take the party to victory come November. Our Party Leader-elect has taken on this same energy and will continue to be active from north to south, east to west.
