Police are investigating a shooting incident that claimed the life of a 20-year-old man. They report that shortly before 8 on Tuesday night shots rang out in an area near the corner of Plues and Berkley Street. Reports indicate that a man arrived in the area armed with a handgun and opened fire on persons who were in the area. Among them were 20-year-old Stephan Bowen and 19-year-old Sherece Williams.
Bowen died shortly after the attack, having received multiple gunshot injuries. Williams was rushed to the hospital and remains there receiving treatment.
