New OIC for San Ignacio

Peter Serrano

By Orlando Pulido
Superintendent Peter Serrano is the new officer in charge of the San Ignacio Police Formation. He took over as of May 11th, and now intends to build upon what the past commanders started.
Superintendent Peter Serrano brings with him 29 years of service to the police department. He considers that community policing will be an imperative aspect of his style of policing. Officer Serrano and members from his formation were recently observed in the Santiago Juan Layout conducting their first meet and greet.
Superintendent Serrano is now in charge of 38 villages under his jurisdiction. Some of these villages are geographically distant but easily accessible by road.
