The Belize District Primary Schools Volleyball competition came to an end on Monday 11 November, 2019.
In the girls’ championship game, Belize Elementary School defeated Hummingbird Elementary School in two sets by the score of 27-25 and 25-20.
Meanwhile, in the boys’ competition, Holy Redeemer School won over Hummingbird Elementary School in two sets by the score of 25-22 and 25-18.
In the first game of the day in the girls’ competition, Hummingbird Elementary School defeated Lucky Strike Government School by the score of 25-11 and 25-27.
In the second game, Belize Elementary School won over Holy Cross Anglican School by the score of 25- 5 and 25-6 to advance to the championship round.
In the first game of the boys’ competition, Holy Redeemer School defeated Holy Cross Anglican School by the score of 25-5 and 25-10.
In the final game of the boys’ competition, Hummingbird Elementary School defeated Our Lady of the Way from Ladyville by the score of 25-6 and 25-6.
Belize Elementary School girls and Holy Redeemer School boys will represent the Belize District at the National Primary Schools Volleyball championship scheduled for Friday 15 November, in Belize City.
